I contacted broker through 99acres.com. He gave me number to contact the owner who was staying in Mumbai. Owner suggested me to send high value money using online bank transfer. After that he stopped picking up the phone and he switched off the mobile. When I enquired about the number and found that he was using someones number.
Please do necessary enquiry of the original deeds, identity of the owner before sending or handing over any money to the outside Owners those who are not staying in Kolkata.I was unable to take any action against the brokers who subsequently raised his hand when I explained all the details to him.
