I contacted broker through 99acres.com. He gave me number to contact the owner who was staying in Mumbai. Owner suggested me to send high value money using online bank transfer. After that he stopped picking up the phone and he switched off the mobile. When I enquired about the number and found that he was using someones number.
Please do necessary enquiry of the original deeds, identity of the owner before sending or handing over...

Please stay away from purchasing apartment directly from Owner who is not staying in Kolkata. They takes money from purchaser thru online cash transfer and stop responsing after that. They demand high value for transfer.After that they switch off their cell phones or change theSIM card They use fake deed to show the purchaser.There is a big team working on this process and some brokers are also involved in this game....
