[Resolved]  shiftthoughts — Fraud by ICICI bank and shiftthought consultants

A person called me up saying that he is from ICICI and offered a plan regarding discounts in travel and air tickets on my existing card. He had all the details regarding me like card number, my dob, mothers name etc (every detail in the credit card/Bank accout). Once again a person called me up for confirmation. But no information was given regarding the payment/Charges of the service by both the guys.

After the confirmation cal, I got an sms from ICICI bank that a transaction of rs.5999/- Is done using my card for the code 'ivrshiftthought'.

I am unaware of agreeing for any such transactions. This is a complete fraudulent transaction done by this company and ICICI bank without informing me properly about all the items/Nuances involved.
