Shiva Gas Service — fraud, not trustworthy, illbehave, not giving gas in time | |||
Sir, my mother has gas connection with shiva gas service dehradun.This gas agency has several problems. these are following;- (1) dont deliver gas at home. we have to run behind them to deliver gas otherwise they call people at one place to stand in a que. Shiva gas agency gas gadi ll come and deliver gas but people who are in tension for gas always go early by 4 O clock for receivng their gas but afterall when gas come it does not fulfill all person requirment who are standing in que since early morning. (2) shiva service people sell the filled gas cylinders to hawkers, chaiwala in black market at high cost.therefore deserving or required people dont get gas. (3) Recently, our one gas was delivered faulty, so i took this gas to shiva gas godam for changing but gas godam incharge did not talk properly after putting a lot of request he sent me Mr. JAGDISH who is the main culprit of shiv gas agency. i asked to change gas but he did not listen me when my anger got into my nerve then i started shouting for changing gascylinder. then he gave me words to bring cylinder tomarrow to avoid me.but i trusted on his words and came back (4) whenever we wanted to talk with the owner of shiva gas agency, his office staff always make excuses and dont fix our meeting with him. every body is distrubed with shiva gas agency except few people who have influance in society. Shiva Gas Service — Not Picking up the phone calls/not providing the cylinder even after booking
Dear Sir,I want to login the complaint of Shiva Gas Service that they are not providing the services to the consumer.As I have called them several times for gas booking, but their both numbers mentioned in the helpline always remained busy.I have booked my cylinder 15 days before through phone call.After that I have took the follow-up 5-6 times for not providing the cylinder.Always they make excuses and promised to send within 2-3 days.But After 15 days still i didn't get the cylinder.What kind of services they are providing????????????????they are giving the cylinder to those who will pay extra amount of money to them.
Therefore you are requested to lookinto the matter and take strict action against this, so such companies can't harassed the consumers.
