Dear sir,
my wife & my mother in law has gas connection with shiva gas service dehradun.This gas agency has several problems. They are misbehaving to people, never deliver gas at home, they booked gas but never deliver at home, my mother in law with her conection no. S 314163 booked gas on 01dec2011 with booking no. 10889 and my wife with her conection no S 3133317 booked gas on 13 jan 2012 with booking no. 6239. But still today they did not deliver the gas to us. When we want to talk and put complaint to the owner of Shiva gas service they never fix our meeting with them. shiva service people sell the filled gas cylinders to hawkers, chaiwala in black market at high cost therefore deserving or required people dont get gas.
Please look into the matter and slove the problem of general peoples, I can buy cylinder through black market peoples but this is not the right solution.
