I have domestic Gas connection with H P Gas at Shivalik gas Co, Badewal, Ludhiana 141001 India.
It has become almost IMPOSSIBLE to book a gas on phone with this agency.They dont answer phone calls at all. Being a working woman I have no time to run around to book a cylinder and then to get one. I am fed up with the careless attitude of the staff of this agency.
The proprietor Mr Happy also does not answer his phone despite repeated calls..this amounts to sheer harassment of the consumer.
