I have domestic Gas connection with H P Gas at Shivalik gas Co, Badewal, Ludhiana 141001 India.
It has become almost IMPOSSIBLE to book a gas on phone with this agency.They dont answer phone calls at all. Being a working woman I have no time to run around to book a cylinder and then to get one. I am fed up with the careless attitude of the staff of this agency.

No Response after many visits to agency for new connection
i want new LPG gas connection without hot plate i applied for that on 16th March'08 but my region GAS Agency person denay for the issue new gas connection. thay are wanting 3450/- rs for new gas connection with one cylinder.
thay told hotplate is must for me, they told i[censored] want connection with out hot plate inspection is required, the boy came for the inspection and asked for hte bribe but till date they hav not given...
