[Resolved]  SHIVKALA — Shivkala Charms - Fraud

I have booked a flat no. 2092 at Shivkala Charms, Greater Noida, promoted by Mahim Mittal and Asit Mital along with their associate Sandeep Gupta.
This is more than 5 years neither the project is handed over nor the builder is ready to refund the amount of Rs. 24 lacs that I have paid to them out of my hard earned money. This flat was financed from LIC and I have been paying the installment for the same.

I have been following up with the builder though out and fighting at my level but no gain.
