[Resolved]  SHIVKALA — DELAY IN POSSESSION SHIV KALA CHARMS

Sir/Madam,

I had booked a flat no. 2021 Tower 2, Shivkala charms ,plot no -07,sector-pi-ii,greater noida (up)under golf course sahakari awas samiti ltd. in Jan 2008 and promised the possession by April 2008. I paid them my hard earned moneny 36 lakh. I have taken loan from LIC HFL, and they are also not supporting.The shrewd owner of that company Mr.Mahim Mittal & Mr Asit Mittal at Noida been befooling me till date.

May I request the builders to pay my money back . It is forgery with the consumers and also can I stop paying EMI to LIC.
