Hi I purchased brand new pair of Lee Cooper shoes [Rs 2300] from Shoe World at that time there was a very thin vertical mark on one of the shoe
Sales man told after polish it gets removed and if it will not remove they will replace my shoe but after 2-3 days the mark become bigger, threads were broken, inner leather leave the color on socks.
When I went to shoe world after 10 days (within guarantee period of 100 days ) he said this is general problem with the shoes and for the line I should have think before I purchased.
