ShopClues — damaged product received | |
I Tanu Sonkar Ordered for a 21 pc Magic Bullet Set Blender, Juicer worth RS 1698, from SHOPCLUES.COM Order Number #4829711 on 3 July 2013 and received it on 11 July 2013. I already gave you the details of my Account Number of SBI, and you were supposed to refund the amount of 1698/- + 345/- damaged product cost + courier charge for sending the product back to you. As per your earlier mails, it was supposed to be transacted in my account by Saturday(18 August), but now (25 August), and still my refund account has not been transferred to my account. Its now 2 months since i purchased the product from Shopclues, and it was damaged one.
I want Rs 1698 of product + Rs 345 of courier charges for sending the damaged product back... Was this information helpful? | |
