i ordered a woolen legging of vivaa brand of free size atwww.shopcules.com order no 2315075. i got delivery on 1/2/13. the product is not as per specification.on site. the size is not fit for 34`` waist. there is no tag of vivaa brand . i sent return request on 1/2 13 and sent 4 snapshots of item. but company violating its band of trust and return policy and refusing to refund. it says what u have got is right size .how one can wear legging of small size .how to ensure brand when tag of vivaa is not on it. i bought this for rs 264.the stuff is worth rs 100. and size is for zero figure girls .plz arrange my refund
