Hi Sir/Madam,

I ordered a T - Shirt from Shopclues.com. Order Id : 3237669. They delivered me the fake product. the display of t shirt in website is different and received product is fake (Duplicate T Shirt.) when i raised the issue for return request they are denying it. Please help.

I recently bought sony earphones (Sony MDR-Ex085) from shopclues. However when in received the product what i found was that it was not an original product. It was a fake one, cheap duplicate of sony. It did not have any sony logo on it. And to add, it did not come in sony packaging. This clearly showed they dispatched a fake one.

And when i requested a return, they said that it is as mentioned on the website and we would not be able to return it.

These people at shopclues are making fun of retail industry. This is the second time they gave a fake product. Earlier it was a pendrive and now an earphone.

Please help me resolve this issue.

have returned, 01/07/2013, I have given more time complain by phone and email.but every time other other question asking, now i am more tention, what will do? how will beliave with shopclues?
