sir I have already made a complain to you.They contacted me but they are making excuses.They are neither sending there courier man to collect their faulty product nor they are refunding my money.It was their courier man who delivered product there, but now they are not ready to collect it from there. Please do the needful I have purchased an online pendrive from Shopclues.com of sandisk(16 GB) of Rs. 540.They delivered me a faulty product.I called and even mailed them for the faulty replacement.The product has 1 year warranty.now they are not responding properly.thay are avoiding my calls.Thay are not ready to refund my money ar replace the product.I have mailed them several times.The order id is 3936143.date of purchase is 31st May 2013.Their online customer care number is [protected].Please do the needful.
