ShopClues — No Refund on Defective piece

Hi, I purchased Huawei Data Card (E355) from shopclues.com with order number : 5316977. When I got the item I checked and feel that it is having manufacture defects, so I log the request on very second day and ask them to do refund of my item as they have the Refund policy of 10 days and that policy mention the "Defective" section. But they are saying that I need to go to merchant address to correct the piece, But my questions is if they have the refund policy for defective peace then why should I go to the merchant. They should have to refund me the money of shopclues bucks. I am pasting there refund policy here.. [protected][protected] At ShopClues.com, we believe that customer satisfaction is key; therefore we stand behind all products bought at our site. If you receive a product which is not as per the specifications ordered by you i.e. Wrong Size, Wrong Color, Wrong Quantity, Defective, Damaged, Or Significantly different from the description given by the merchant 10 Day Return We get it picked, Or You ship and we refund [protected][protected][protected] Please suggest me as I am tried to do messaging service since month.
