ShopClues — No return possible

I have order fablooms pillows from their site order no.6333637,but pillows i recieve are of worst quality,not a single person can admit that they are new and unused,further more there is no compny name or logo on the packet.when i tell them to return it they simply refuse saying merchant is saying they are of good condition Kindly help
