Hello, I ordered a product from shopclues on 21st july having order id : 5252233, but now the product is missing and shopclues is not taking any responsibility of that missing product, NO COMMUNICATION MADE BY THEM REGARDING THE DELIVERY AND UPDATES OF THAT PRODUCT. THEY ARE SAYING MY ADDRESS IS UNLOCATABLE, But The Truth is that in the month of april i ordered a cooler from shopclues and they delivered that cooler at the same shipping address order id for cooler :3198174 Please check shipping address of this order id and that cleary shows the ILLITRATE, IRRISPONSIVE BEHAVIOUR OF SHOPCLUES.COM and now they are giving unacceptable reasons, Please take necessary actions Was this information helpful? | |||
