ShopClues — Not shipped the order instead they have put fake shipped reference number

Dear Sir,

I have placed online order for wireless mouse on 31st Jul. As per their website it must be shipped within 48-72 hours. They has put fake shipment reference number in website as its shipped on 8th Aug which is completely invalid. I have been calling them from 8th Aug to provide correct reference no but they are fooling around me as it will be updated today.

Request you to help me out on this.
