[Resolved] ShopClues — Order Confirmed and they Cancelled | |
Hi i recently order the Cosco Cricket ball from shopclues.com and the below are my order details Order: 3048075 Date: 12 Apr 2013, 08:02 PM Status: Canceled They confirmed the order and was waited so long time and on 21st April, they cancelled the order and initiated the refund. If they cancel the order, why do they confirmed the order.? I was purchasing in this site for past 1 year and am a regular buyer... for a regular customer like me, they are doing like this.. and hereafter, I won't recommend this site to anyone. And regarding other order No: 2886871, they didn't accepted the return request for refund...... Its a Very Very Very Very worst kind of shopping experience to quit from shopclues.com..... Its a god promise, that I won't Recommend anyone to buy and never i will return back to their Site. They didn't make a single call regarding my order.. For cancelling the order, they tried single time... at that time, I didn't picked the call, so they sent the mail regarding the cancel status. the below are the mail details. They won't value the valuable and regular customer like me.!!!! ShopClues.com 21 Apr (1 day ago) to me Hi NavaneethaKrishnan, Greetings from ShopClues! Unfortunately your order no 3048075 is out of stock at this time. All this while we were trying to procure it from the merchant. We also tried contacting you on phone regarding the delay. Since we are uncertain of its fulfillment, we are refunding your order. Within the next 2 weeks the amount will show in your account. We are sorry for the inconvenience. We are really very sorry for the dissatisfaction caused to you in response to the cancelled order. As informed, due to unavailability of the product at the merchant, we had to cancel and initiate the complete refund of the same. The refund has been generated on April 22 and you shall receive the amount in your bank account within 10-15 working days.
