[Resolved] ShopClues — PRODUCT NOT SHIPPED | |
Order NO.:-6969005, I had placed an order on shopclues website on 20th september .On that day the order status changed to "Processing - Pickup Initiated", Until this day it hasn't changed at all, every time i call shopclues people they keep saying that they'll ship it soon . I call them everyday and its the same thing. So I called merchant myself, he said that they said had sent the product to shopclues people and they had to ship it . If i tell this to cust care they say they haven't received it . I have lodged many complaints, all of them non-responsive . Please help me akosha, i really need that product asap.
