ShopClues — Product order cancelled but money not refunded | |||
Undersigned booked an order No.5029393 on Shopclues.com and paid Rs.595 through online banking on dated 11.07.2013 but after lots of mails on 18.07.2013 i received mail from shop clues stating that "We are unable to fulfill your order due to non-availability with the merchant. Please be assured we have tried our best to source the product at the best price from our other merchants. At this point we are uncertain of its fulfillment, therefore we are refunding your payment."
