ShopClues — Received fake product from shopclues.com and refund denied. | |||
Sir/Ma'am, I had placed an order on www.shopclues.com (Order number[protected] on 20 Sep 2013, 07:26 PM. A few days later i received my item only to find that it was not original and was different from the one shown on the website. they have not accepted my refund request and every time i call them i get the response that they will not refund my money. I am attaching the images of the product that i have received and also the link for the product on the website. the differences between these two are (i.) the product i received lacks the wwe authentic wear sign which is shown on the image on the website. (ii.) On the left sleeve of the t-shirt B.A.* is written but the t-shirt that i received instead has R.A.* written on its sleeve. Now, the website has denied me any refund citing that these are very small issues but to me these are not just small issues as the t-shirt i received is clearly not authentic. So, please help me.
