[Resolved]  ShopClues — refund issue

I had purchased Combo of 2 Swank Cotton Cambric Kurtis on 6th august 2013 for 218 rs under special offer. Although it was mentioned that the product has "Hassle Free return in 10 days". When i received the product, I found out that the quality of the product that i received, was not up to the mark. The product quality in terms of quality of the fabric was quite significantly different than the description of the product given online. The buttons were loosely stitched, almost at the stage of falling, also upon wearing the fitting had manufacturing defect.I filed a return request of product on shopclues, on 9th august 2013. I received a response mail from shopclues stating that i should explain my problem after that i was told that to help us take the issue with the merchant and expedite the process reply email by sending the image of the product. After i sent them the images i received a response that "we have cross checked with the merchant that the product that is delivered is the same that is mentioned on the website and is 100% standard quality. Unfortunately the merchant will not be able to accept the return of the product." After that when i asked them if the merchant declined to return and refund the product the why it is mentioned "Hassle Free return in 10 days" and why they did not mention clearly that product would not be returned, they did not respond back at all. I am contacting them every day asking the same question but they stopped replying to my mails.

I requested to care of shopclues via call and email that I want refund in clue bucks, because I have discontinued with bank services, even after my request tthey have refunded in bank rs 698.

Care team leader are accepting their fault, but can't do anything.

I order two power bank in February by cash on delivery from ShopClues ( Order No.[protected] amount of Rs. 2000/-, I found one of them defective and other not charging well, so I refund both power bank address given by ShopClues . For refund they told me wait for two weeks for their refund process, now there is too much time they are taking, I make call more than 15 times but did't give any response and satisfied answers for my refund payment. I give all my bank details, but they didn't response well. As per talk with customer's care they promise to refund product payment of Rs. 2000/- plus refund product courier charge 300/- ( maximum) but I didn't get yet.

Here I attach refund product receipt.

very slow and bad service in return processing

I return 31 in 1 Multipurpose Screwdriver Set. My Return I D 1086779 dated 23.03.2015 but till date no any action taken by seller or Shop clues teem. Return processing is very bad no any action on this.
