I've came to the worst ever online shopping experience from shopclues.com. I booked a MOP (Order ID[protected] on from there. However, the product delivered to me and displayed image on the website were far too different. Also it did not had the feature they had put up on the images. The product had some critical faults and was not usable at all.
After repetitive follow ups, shopclues ready to replace the product.
After initiating the return, I was never informed when a new product will be delivered. As per my last conversation, they told that I may get refund, but I am still awaiting anything on the same. I had sent a lot many emails to customer care also but they are not committed to what they are saying. The customer representatives won't hesitate making false promises and customer only ultimately compromising in the end. My motive to publish my case here is to get my issue resolved ASAP. I had purchased the product by EMI, even after more than 1.5 months, I neither received product nor any updates on weather I will get the refund or not. Even more painful is I am still paying EMI to bank because they are saying me they have not received any reversal request for the transaction Was this information helpful? |
