ShopClues — Refund of Money

My Order No is 6378999- The received product was defective but they took 1 month for peek-up, and still no action taken. Now because my need is over I want my money back for that they are not ready. I have all the complaint Number and 24 mail conversation. And their executive were lying every time I called to them.
