[Resolved] ShopClues — Return of product | |||
Hi, I ordered a Mobile Panel on shop clues and I have received the same last week. My Order Number is 5499135. The quality of the product is very poor and the back the side of the panel is also not looking like a new product. It’s not even worth Rs50 for which I have paid Rs350.I didn’t liked this product at all. I request the team to take this product back and refund my money. But they are not accepting this. Hi,
I got a mail from shopclues that my money will be refunded by 17th August but still the money is not credited into my account.
I have sent a mail to shop clues but didn't got any reply from them.
Please help.
