ShopClues — Return request honored but now no reply | |||
Hi, This is with regards to my order number 4237723. The order was delivered to me and when I saw it there was a stain mark on the shirt I reported it to Shopclues.com and the return request was also approved by them with ID number 32885. However post which till date, I have not received any further communications from them about tracking that where is it stuck. I am also mailing them continuously and calling them but in vain. I have not received any update still. I am also attaching the stain product for the reference. Please revert me urgently as I have really lost my patience. Was this information helpful? | |||
