[Resolved]  ShopClues — Send a defective product

Dear Sir, I have received my order (order No- 5716537, Kaitan Shakti Juicer Mixer Grander) date on 17/08/13 and submitted a return request threw shopclues portal for replace it due to heavy rubbing sound from internal parts dated on 23/08/13 as per 10 days hassle free return policy of shopclues. But no response found from Shopclues till today. Kindly,give me a necessary support . Regards Rajdip [protected]
