ShopClues — they refunded my order without my permission and item was steel in stock | |||
Hello sir/ma'm, I am regular buyer from the online shopping sites, and before few days i bought "Puma AQUIL 2 - size 9 Shoes" from shopclues.com. i was gifting it to my brother, But my order was not confirmed at first due to some technical problem, then i have called there customer care twice that should i reorder it but they told me that there is no need for the reorder your money is deducted from account then in 48 hrs your order will be confirmed, and i have also chat with there online support, they also told me the same for the issue, after 2days i got reply that your payment received by us, and order is confirmed now, status was also showing like "Order Confirmed" and and on the next day the status was "Cancelled", i have tried to talk to CC on the same day, they have timing like 9am - 11pm, Mon-Sat 10am - 6pm, Sunday, it was Tuesday[protected], and i called them about 6PM and after that many times and they didnt answered my calls, the quantity was also there and they still refunded my order, i will not able to gift it on the date when i want it because it is tomorrow. order details [protected]- Order: 2856676 Date: 24 Mar 2013, 12:32 PM Status: Canceled i need my order back and in same amount... please help me Thanks, Nirav Was this information helpful? | |||
