[Resolved]  ShopClues — WRONG PRODUCT AND NOT WORKING, UNTRUSTWORTHY SHOPPING

I had placed an order[protected]Purchase code: Code: 352624) for buying High Gain(13Dbi) CRC9 External Antenna on 13July2013 with shopclues.com, I have received the wrong product(2Dbi padde antenna) on 26July2013 so i have raised a concern with shopclues customer support After sending the pictures of the wrong product to the customer support they have not able to understand even what is 13Dbi and 2Dbi antenna, they tried to convince me that they have shipped the right product, then i wrote an technical document which made them understand what is what, then they forwarded my concern to the merchant(Ripul) then i had contacted him on 29July2013 and explained about the wrong product he shipped, after 20 days of struggle some how i made them understand about the wrong product they shipped As i requested for refunding the money finally they initiated the return pickup of the product on 7August2013 and agreed on refunding the money, on 17August2013 got the shocking message that the reshipment order[protected] of the wrong product has been initiated, and this time the product(13Dbi crc9 antenna) they sent is a defective product(Not working), Again i contacted the customer support executives and ask the reason of reshipping the product instead of refunding the money but there is no response apart from(apologize for the inconvenience caused, we will get back to you within 2-4 days) And now they sent a mail on 31August2013 saying that since i have accepted the reshipment courier they are not processing for refunding the money, I sent a reply that the courier was a surprise and which is not received by me(in person) but there is no response from them so far, this made me really get disappointing and frustrated with the support they gave for the customer which made me to file a compliant in this forum I have all the data whichever i communicated so far with them, so requesting to take some necessary action to save customer from these kind of NON RELIABLE shopping and all the frustration i have came across all these time(more than 1.5 month)

Before this mail I got a call from shopclues audit team(On 10sep2013) asking me the issues(last 2 month i faced) from the beginning, after explaining all the issues to him, he told me that he will get back to me shortly, after that not even received a single call or mail from shopclues to pickup the faulty product, this shows the importance and priority given to this issue(Not even the least priority), this is the worst experience on online shopping i ever experienced in my life.
