ShopClues — wrong product delivered 2 times | |||
I want to complain against Shopclues.com I ordered a dress worth 900/- on 8th July 2013 and I got the dress with wrong color and stuff on 18th July 2013. After that I requested for return the dress and get back my money. They arranged the pick up for return the dress and I returned the dress to the pickup guy on 26th July 2013. After that since I wanted to get my money back and I requested the same, but what did they do is really very frustrating for me. I got email that next order is ready to ship and on 4th August 2013 I got the same dress (which I returned to shop clues) :( After this I tried to communicate with shopclues via email and phone but they didn't response for any of these. My first order no. was - 4937807, which was delivered with wrong color and stuff.
I've requested for return the dress and want money back and then shopclues sent me another delivery for the same product and that order no. is 5478567
Now I want to return this and get my money back.
