[Resolved]  Shopit4me.com — they did not dispatch the product after i paid them online

dear sir/ma'am,
I ordered three addiction deodorants online from shopit4me.com on 5th of January (order number:SMP[protected]PM). after the order i received some 4 to 5 calls from them stating that i will soon receive the product . but the product was not dispatched. I mailed them no of times. Then I called them on their customer care number and had a talk with shruti madam for some 3-4 times, she assured me that she will call me back but they never called me. then when i called them 5th time i again had shruti on the line and she disconnected the call after hearing my name. now after 4 months of my order i again got a call from them this time they were asking for my credit card details. the reason they gave me for this was that they want to renew my order so that i can get delivery of the product. i asked them for renewing why do they need my card details and i got some irrelevant reason. then i told them i will not provide u with my card details and u cancel my order and refund me my money. but u wont believe what they said, they said for that also i will have to provide them with my card details and when i refused, they disconnected the call. i request "https://www.consumercomplaints.in" to look into the matter and help me in getting either the product or my money back. i will provide u with all the other details that u require.
THE SITE "SHOPIT4ME.COM" IS A BIG CHEAT AND I REQUEST EVERYONE NOT TO BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE.
