SIR I AM CHEATED BY SHOPPING 24 WHO IS ADV ON ANIMAL PLANNET TV CHANNELS FROM 0730H TO 0800H FOR DIGITAL CAMCODER, ORDER NO S2472654, SUPPLIED FROM 5C, 5TH FLOOR, METRO HOUSE, VANI VIHAR, BHUBANESWAR. MY ADDRESS IS : NAME- PRABHAT GUCHHAIT, 54 INF DIV SIG REGT, C/O 56 APO, TRIMUGHERRY, SECUNDERABAD, RANGA REDDY DISTRICT, PIN NO-500015. PLS STOP THIS TYPE OF FRAUD ADV ON POPULER TV CHANNELS.

I have also experienced the fraud as they have send me one video camera which was fully damaged and locally made. I called up them on given number [protected] and [protected] was in vain. I wouel like to request you to please take appropriate action on these fraud companies. Raju

i m also cheated by this .add on tv chennel for purchage of mobile on 1st oct.11

on my order i have got a default item, which i have to get 9700 i-phone, i got riviera R17 n which i have not order this item, the money has taken from local postoffice n they item is default, here my request is kindly reverse my money back, my shipping number is ( L - 2626 ) never happen like this when order on phone or net, also the phone number which given is not answering, [protected] / [protected] / [protected] all this not anwering me,

DEFINITELY A FRAUD COMPANY.

I also booked 9700i mobile but first i was sent chinese modle i 9700 which was a touch screen phone with a very poor touch screen and after the complaint when I send back the phone after spending Rs 225/- in courier the phone was replaced by T 9700 which is not a 3G enabled phone, a very poor battery back-up, moreover I m unable to use internet on the phone. On top of that I never received second battery and leather puch which is promised in the TV ad. Never picks up the Customer Care Phone [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected].

The same phone is available Rs 2200/- on other sites with one yr warranty.

If possible I would also like to get back my money, compensation alonwith FIR against the company for the FRAUD.

This office has filled with bunch of Jokers who will disconnect the call immediately after taking the identity of callers, Its a cheating company, advise not to book any orders with this company. I returned the phone, two months now but no response. No one in this office has the good communication skills. All girls who works in this office are jokers, good not speak english at all.
