I given order for5 georgette sarees on phone of RS. 1999+299 delivery charges from india times .com, i registered complaint to them on dtd 7-3-2013, complaint no [protected], there person collect full set of sarees back, after so many follow up their executive told me that within 48 hrs refund amt draft send through courior but 3 month left i am not receiving refund draft of order value of them. i have full record of follow up with their executive with time &date. pl help me to get full order refund value which i have paid, ny name vijay pednekar-[protected], address - p & t colony,c-1/b, flat no-8&9,sahar,andheri (east),mumbai, 400099 Was this information helpful? | |||

Dear sirI have purchase a mobile through indiatimes shopping on[protected].
My order no is 3707831. Phone have problem from starting. I call number of time to customer care but always they say to me they will pick handset but no one is pick handset till now. now they are telling product is out of warrenty.
So please help me out from this problem.
