Hi, We ordered a flower boquet on the occassion of my fiancee's birthday on 29th July 2009. The boquet has to be delivered on 30th July 2009. But today its 5th Aug 2009 and flowers are not delivered till date and there was no communication from Indiatimes shoppng regarding the delay. Indiatimes Shopping — Flowers not delivered on birthday
I made a birthday flowers order through Indiatimes shopping on 24 mar 10. I mentioned on the order page to deliver the product on 29 mar 10. The product listing page boasted that it would be a same day delivery of order is received bedore 2PM on the day. On contacting customer care, they said that I can expect it only after 10 days. There is a disclaimer on the page which mentions that product will be delivered on same day. I made the order 5 days before the birthday and even then they could not deliver it. Please let Indiatimes shopping know that they cannot have disclaimer on their product listing page which gives wrong information to people.I am attaching the product listing URL below.
