Shopping. Indiatimes.com — received partial delivery

i have ordered 2 pair of shoe on 12/01/2013 worth 798 rupees and paid through my credit card. my order number is [protected]. but only one pair of shoe was delivered on 25/01/2013. there is poor response from the courier company ARAMEX. i have registered a comnplait with the cuatomer care of indiatimes regarding partial delivery with complaint number 8651465 but they are asking me to wait for 48 hours hear back from them. iactually planned to gift it to my friends on their birthday now the birthday is over.kindly help.
