Hi, My name is Rajesh. I have selected product online (http://shopping.indiatimes.com/) on 18 march 2013. They have sent wrong product to me. I sent back wrong delivered product to them for right product. Now almost one month over they are saying ..."Sir .your complaint ID (752478) is under process . We will sent you your selected product as soon as possible . " But till now i did not get my product. Please take action to get my selected product or my money (product price) + courier charges for returning product. I have jpg file related to mail communication with vendor. Thius is the reply which these guys give to everyone but no resolution.. i am too fed up of their excuses of returning my money.. Loosers
