I m a dis-satisfied customer complaining on the product that this company shoppingIndiatimes had
sent me.
I asked for a Sony Ericson Aino mobile cover but this company had sent me
a wrong product,this cover which is attached is really a cheap quality product,they showed a leather cover on their site which costs Rs.795,but looking onto this cover it wont even cost more then Rs.50 and i logged a complaint on 18th of November but since now,no one is willing to help me
from this company side.I called 100times till today.They have registered cancellation of product but
nothing is happening.
They sent me a pic-up kit also and then i packed that faulty product and sent it to the merchant but
the merchant sent that product back to me.
When i asked from the customer care about this thing then they said we don't know that product is returned back to you,
"i said what is this,you guys don't have a proper co-ordination between you and merchant",then customer care said that they will
send the pic up kit again and this time return back thing will not be repeated again.And lots of time they says that there is problem going
on to there server so please call us tomorrow.
And now 10days gone, no pick-up kit came up from their side.I don't not why????
Please take my complaint seriously because i m getting pissed off.
I request you to please look into this matter.
