ShopYourWorld.com — Not refunding in spite of non delivery of products

Shopyourworld.com is a FRAUD company which is using international brand names to corn people of their money.

I ordered products via them from Amazon in October2011, these were to be delivered with 10 to 12 business days. After chasing them for 3 weeks I requested them for a refund.

It is now almost 3 months since they have promise to refund and keep pushing every time by saying it is under process it will 2 days.

They are not even bothered if I keep telling them I will lodge a compliant. This company is Registerd in Singapore and are operating out of India which is a clear indication for Indian authorities to take action before a big Fraud is committed.

I need help in getting my full refund and if possible sue them for the interest charged by my credit card bank. I am 100% sure that this company is playing with people's money by holding on to it as long as possible. They are using international brands as their scapegoat to get people buying from them.

I have all proof against this company with my purchases and refunds which are in writing by them.
