[Resolved]  ShopYourWorld.com — Not able to ship the item

Hi,

I purchased Invicta watch from Shopyourworld.com on and they promised to deliver by July 30th. Yesterday (Aug 5), I contacted their customer care and Alan from Customer Support conveyed me that there is delay from merchant side. This company is crap and just want to make the Indian fools. The watch that I have ordered is fulfilled by Amazon and ships in 1 Day (If ordered).

Now even after 20 days they are claiming that there is delay from merchant than I don't have words to tell this company that please **DO NOT** try to fool around.

Now the real pain is when I have asked for return of money Alan (very egoist one) from customer service told me that it will take 15 days to process the same. Awesome - hai na.

There whole business model is crap, this watch in US is for less than $70 (which comes out to be 70*45 = Rs. 3150) and they charge more than Rs 6000 for the same. I did mistake by ordering first and looking for alternatives afterwards. It was my mistake. First they charge double the money and still can not deliver thats icing on the cake. And now for refund I am not sure how many days I'll have to wait. Not sure whether if I chargeback trough my credit card.

Very bad experience of online shopping from this website. My recommendations to other users of this website: Try to find out alternatives within India and never waste your time on this crappy website www.shopyourworld.com.
