Hi,
I wish to register a complaint regarding my order#TIN0322782US for Luvs Ultra Leakguards Diapers, Size 3, 234 Count for an amount of Rs. 3254.72 with this website -SHOPYOURWORLD.COM which I had placed on 16-Jun-2011. I got a call on the 18-Jun-2011 from the customer service saying that the item cannot be procured. On 20-Jun-2011 I gave them a call back asking to process a refund.
I did not get any confirmation on the same until I called them back on 25-Jun-2011 when they sent an email saying that they are processing the refund. As per the email the refund was to be process in 10 - 12 working days.
When I checked back with them on 4-Jul2-011, the refund had still not been processed due to an error and they said it would take another 2 weeks.
I had written back to them on 15-Jul-2011 asking for an update but no response from them.
It has been 2 weeks now and I still haven't got my refund. It has been a month since the refund is supposed to processed but there is no update from their end neither can they tell me despite following up 3 times today as to why there is an issue with processing the refund.
Please help.
