How can we believe on this company shree om sai nath

I can never agree as i am getting good return on investment made in om sai nathc cabs and resort plans
If I talk about my experience, I was told about this company by one of my friend Deepak. He was offered to invest money in this company 2 year back from his boss. I inquired me about the same and at that time I said that Dont believe in such companies as when they will packup, you never know and I never allowed to invest him in this company.
After about an year, he told me that I have decided and will be investing this month, I told " Do whatever you want to but think twice before you do". Then he started gettting cheques, I saw his cheques and company agreement. Both seemed to be genuine. After thinking a lot and checking all the things when I got satisfied, I also invested 5.5 lacs rupees in this company in April 2009.
Till now, I can say, my cheques are being cleared without any trouble. Last month, I heard due to some mistakes, some cheques of Lajpat Nagar branch did not clear. I cleared the same with the company and got a satisfactory answer. Now they would be transferring the amount in my accounts with ECS facility.
After being 8 months with the company, I can say, nothing to worry. I would be getting my full amount refund within next 4 months and then after till next 4 years, I would be enjoying the benefits of the plans I opted.

I have invested in this company 7months back and till date i m getting my cheqe clearly.
I am satisfied by the company attitude towards coustomer. but i have not got the payment for the month of december. i have deposited the cheque on 10 dec 09. how long do i have to wait for my money.
Pls let me know if any one got any news bcz i m also one of the investor afterall.

i am one of their first few customers in delhi and have seen their mumbai office too. till now i have got much more than i have invested and hope that i will get future payments too, may be through ECS.
They've gone with our money just like city limouzines. Ab baith ke dhol peeto aur apni kismat ko royo. Ask those people who were praising this company before
I have invested in Shree resorts in Nov-09 and I did not get any cheque cleared. Company has got back the cheques also to convert it into ECS but day by day, hope is getting lost. Because even after two months, I have not got any money. Phone numbers of Jaipur office bearers are also out of service. If company is not faulty, why all the phone numbers and offices are closed. I am afraid of it.

ms kanchan u were rite, the company finally dusted themselves of the liability and r in hiding now, none of ther offices in the whole of india is responding and neither the MD is traceable ... i m a victim but i deserve it coz i was too ignorant to b inquisitive

Bhench**d thoda to sabar rakho... jisko dekho aaj ke aaj paisa chahiye.. paisa maine bhi lagaya hai.. par tum chootiyon ke tarah yaha waha nahi bhaag raha..agar itni phat-ti hai to paisa daala kyu...???
ab sab mile uske bahar aane ka intezaar karte hai... aur dekhte hai.. kya hota hai... ye faaltu baqwaas kar kar ke tum log sahi mein scam bana rahe ho...uska bahar aana mushkil ho jayega to sabke L**de lag jayenge... fir karte rehna complaints... sab jaake office mein bolo.. I had invested Rs.250000/- in april 2009 but we not received any company from company and I was taken loan from other bank. The bank forcing me to return all amont back to the bank and continuously his recovery officer forcing for recovery. Now anyone suggest me what is the to help me out from this condition as I do not have any other resources of Income other then my investment

Some of the comments posted in favour of shree om saianth company are seems to be the friends and inside employees only. I have invested huge money and got only 8 months cheqes. Now the MD rupesh verma is inside tihar jail for cheating public and emassing rs 5000crores from indians. the other directors like amit verma, sumit verma, kishore verma, sanjeev srivastav, garima singh, aruna kapoor and other directors are absconding from delhi and mumbai. they were running branchers in delhi, mumbai, lucknow, Bangalore, nagapur, pune, indore, gurgaon, vikaspuri, rohtak, bhahadurgarh. They were only taking money from the investors and rotating the same money to all investors without even generating suffciient returns from any business. All parters were from same family and they were uneducated and tailor family. Then you must know how much tehy know about business process. They have misused shree om sainath shirdi sai babas name and cheated many devotees and middle class people mercilessly. Its heared that they have paid hugfe money to media and police to keep tjhis case as low profile. police is also not taking any action to arrest other abscoding directors till date. they have two hotel properties oin guragaon worth 8 to 10 croeres and all otehr properties were under bank loans. they have hidden the huge money with their relatives in UP and agra. they are taking help of sitting judge sysed geoffrey of allahabad highcourt to influence in delhi courts too. This company was running on RAM BAROOSE and all directors and offciers were un profeesionals and knowing nothing than enjoying on easy money wise.if you waNT any support and details about these culprits contact me on [protected]/72/73/74/75/76/77/78/79/80.
my request to home minister and police commisioner to investigate this case impartially and auction all their properties and discburse the amount to all investors equally. if the case runs in court will yield any relief to investors and they and their relatives are holding hige money and proerteis around the coutgnry.

I am one of the fool investor in this company. And now i am crying coz they have locked their office. I am only left for my heart attack now. My money is really gone. They have never bought any cars for rent under the scheme they had shown. The cheaque's which they asked back from us for ECS are of 1 year. Now those cqs also has gone. Bank guarantee when i asked to the branch manager, his reply was ridicules.
