[Resolved]  Shree Om Sai Nath Car On Rent — Bail of Mr. Roopesh Verma

As anticipated the fall out of our judicial procedures based on many complaints/FIR across state/cities, all Investors are now feeling victimized. Mr. Roopesh was taken by some other state police from Jaipur (may be to Mumbai or Bangalore) and because of this he was not physically present in the court though the court has taken serious view of the same and have directed Delhi Police to produce him in all circumstances on 20th February 10 so he could be granted bail or release.

The only solace is that EOW/Police have not been able to produce the list of investors anticipated to be duped by Mr. Roopesh Verma and also now Police/EOW has to submit the charge sheet within 60-90 days that means by 20th February 2010 they have to substantiate their charge sheet by hard evidence of cheating, misappropriation of funds and intentions/design to cheat based on IPC 420, 406 & 120, which are any way expected to be difficult as they are not having enough details of Investors. Also the affidavit of support based on condition that the company pays the dues as per contract/agreement for rest of the 60 months is supporting the cause of his bail/release. Mr. Roopesh Verma has already given in writing for the same in his bail application to the court. If he has applied for the bail that means he wants to be out of the jail at the earliest though the court should keep an eye on him.

The court is also looking forward to centralize all complaints/FIR filed across various states/cities to Delhi for a faster redress ale of the case in favour of the Investors. The lawyers of the complainants are not willing that Mr. Verma gets bail, it seems they have worked out a cut on the claimed amount besides their exorbitant fees anyway thats their profession. Mr. Dharmender Arya lawyer of Mr. Roopesh has received a very large no.s of AOS from Investors which he said will help Mr. Roopesh release but he is waiting for more.

I request Investors forum to wake up and start supporting Mr. Roopesh conditional bail for the benefit of all the Investors.
