I have booked the gas cylinder from Shreya enterprises (HP gas dealer), secunderabad and the booking no is 246440. I received a message saying that my cash memo no is 130720 on 24 th of september and will receive the cylinder within 48 hours. But till date I have not received and also having been callin those people who only promise that we will be sent immediately. First of all I have to make persistent calls to get the gas agency on the line and if i get it would be a mechanically reply. Inspite of reminding them thrice I have not received the gas till date. Kindly look into the matter and help us with the delivary of the cylinder.
