[Resolved]  Shriram Housing — Delay in completing the project

Hi,i have bought a 2.5 BHK flat in Vishwrant wadi Pune, (Project: La Tierra Developers: Shriram Housing : Partners: Nitin Agarwal / Rakesh Agarwal), i had booked this flat in around Feb 2007 with possession date of Dec 2007 as per the agreement, but since then the partners had some dispute and the work as now come to a stand still since Jan 2009Its now Jan 2010 and still the partners are trying to resolve the issue (the have finally decided to split now), and i dont see us getting the possession anytime before Jul/Aug even if the work resumes in Jan 2010, which again i am not very sure of.The builders are reluctant of giving us any compenstation ( i have paid around 90% of the flat cost for over an year now) and they hardly give us any details only thing they give us is a new tentative possession date , which they very comfortably extend.I wanted to know what are the options in fornt o[censored]s ? if we go to consumer court what should be the steps.I am going into deppression due to this, as i have given them all i had (including money from my retired parent) and am paying a hefty EMI as well.
