sir... I am Aisha from sengottai.I have completed my due payments in June itself. I had brought a dio with Shri Ram finance. I completed my all due payments regularly and my last payment had done on June 7 in tenkasi branch. They told us to get my vehicle book on June 13. But they delayed for 1 week and then i went to get my book on June 20 but they didn't gave. my family is shifting to CHENNAI for our personal reasons so i asked them to hand it over to my nephew. they asked for a letter with my signature. I done it and for 10 days there is no response from Shri ram finance office. So i came again from CHENNAI and my husband went to ur office and asked about the book. Now July 25 till they are delaying to give our papers. Am 45 years old women .. Did u think it is easy for me to come and go for these long.?? I never delayed to pay any due. We are suffering a lot becoz o[censored]r worst service. The receptionist is behaving very harshly. They are not at all ready to listen or help us. is this is the way to treat ur customers??? .. I need my papers but still they are delaying by asking me to come . My son went there with my identity details. Its not look like a formality... They are harassing to give the book. I payed and now am struggling to get the papers. Its really very bad. The most worst service. pls do something to solve this type of harsh services.
