Respected sir,
my name is raghavendran mohanarangan from kanchipuram.When i am checking my cibil report, it shows i have been guarantor for two commericial vehicle loans from shriram transport.But i have not guranteed or visited shriram transport, so i have raised complaint in shriram transport customer care. I received the call from the kanchipuram branch manager and i visited the branch then i found that the real guarantor was some one but instead of his pancard they have used mine, due to this mistake my cibil score has been significantly affected for past five years . So please i kindly request you to take necessary action to remove my pancard details from shriram transport and resume my original status in cibil report.

Hi me last 6 year's Shriram transport finance customer this month my vicul refinance document charge collect from Saturday morning but loan rejected for Tuesday why ???? Shriram transport finance very very very worsted

We have taken diesel account thru shriram, since one week the diesel account is deactivated and no staff have informed us since we are paying our dues in time and when i contacted your shriram there is no reply and instead they told me i can go to other finance and shriram cant serve you and really we are interest to purchase more vehicle and continue with you. Kindly look the matter asap and give us feed back so we can decide to in future that we can hold with shriram and because of this we are facing daily problems

I have taken a car loan from shriram transport finance loan number is hmytnfw[protected] from himayath nagar branch in hyderabad, i got two car keys from car show room, the representative said as per the rules shriram transport second key they keep it for security it seems. Last 3 months back i closed my loan. I asked them to give me car key. They need 15 days times to give the key. I was calling to the manager he do't respond properly. After two months he said we lost the key how recluse managers are in shriram his name is chandra reddy. I have all the call recordings of this manager. I request you please take immediate action on these manager.

I paid all the loan amount in 16/03/ 2015 but still they didn's give me my NOC. So, Kindly take my complaint and take action against Karaikudi, Sri Ram Finance and Give me my NOC.

R/sir, I have car loan to shriram finance branch Ambajogai distance. Beed, state of maharashtra. On 01/07/2014 my car insurance was last date of renewal but I don't know about it and they don't inform me and they renewed it without my consent after two months I checked my account statement I was ask to branch manage and he told me about we renewal ur car insurance policy of rs32000 rupees. After that I was compared online policies than I discovered the sbi policy as same damage covering policy is only rs 16500 so I was talk with br. Manage JADHAV and he said me to purchase policy I will cancel previous policy without any charges so I purchased on 01/10/2015 and submitted to branch but br. Manage intentionally not update and after the request again and again he update it after 7 months and said me insurance company deduct the charge of rs23000 plus finance interest of rs11000. That the above said subject I haven't any negligence but they debate my loan account so I kindly request to you take necessary action against them and my Un necessary debate change may return

i am being a regular customer for SHRIRAM COMMERCIAL VEHICLE FINANCE for more than 10years(TN 59 B (%!*).
recently i experience a critical problem which makes me to loss over lakhs of rupees, as because the particular branch office failed to send me the INSURANCE COPY for the vehicles TN 28 AC 5728, TN 67 AZ 7609 for the present year 2014. i could not pay the due amount for the taken loan for more than 6 months. it is because of the heavy crack on transport business strategies. already the business is being faded in transport sector, at this type of situaion the (SHRIRAM COMMERCIAL VEHICLE FINANCE, BRANCH-T.VADIPATTI, MADURAI DISTRICT, PINCODE : 625218), the branch code is : VADIP[protected] failed to send the insurance copy, but as because of them i could not rent out my vehicles, without sending the vehicles out to earn money, how can i earn, and repay the finance office ?
so i request you to take a overlook on it and to understand the situation of a middle class business man.

note : i have been as a customer to SHRIRAM for more than 10 years, i have not kept pending of due amount as i did now, it is because of the global situational reason, still i say i will pay, but instead why are they taking revenge over my business.

Shriram finance people are irritating like anything by calling & sending SMS to my number that i need to pay loan amount, samil vehicle mela is happening, & weekly once/twice in the early morning & late nights they will call me & ask for some one else.Actually in our home no body by that name is there & we have not taken any loan from that company & we never approached them. Actually we don't have necessity to approach for loan. Kindly look into it & resolve the issue. As because of this my personal life is getting affected.

We had a very bad experience with Shriram Transport Finance, We have take a 2 wheeler loan, we have given signed cheques to them & don't why suddenly last 2 cheques bounced & cheque return charges with deduced by my bank from our account. We checked this with STFC after 2 months & my sister could'nt understand the transaction. we went to STFC & they confirmed that it was a mistake from there side, they requested to pay the remaining 2 EMI in cash & close the account (Reason for cheque bounce was that they did'nt update the Payee Name & submitted the cheques to bank. we asked them what abt the cheque bounce charges will they also be deducted from the remaining EMI, they were so reluctant & non- proactive to reimburse the charges. Thought the amount is very less but as a professional behaviour they should have reimbursed this amount on their own. Agreement No: PNPDHTW[protected] When the mistake was from their side, i requested to reimburse but there response was so poor But i guest they don't value genuine customers & they have lost all customers from my side Redgs, Sachin Kshirsagar

we have taken a loan against the car (which is 2,58,000) in Shriram Transport Finance, they cheated us by taking our car and 60,000 money and they did not given the bill of 60,000. The monthly installment were payed but still they taken our car and money and still blackmailing us and saying that if we said to any one they will kill us. But still we have gone to the police station to load a complaint, but there, they buyed the CI and others to. The police were saying that they cant do anything regarding this. We have loss 4,00,000 in Shriram Transport Finance

Iam Raja.S, I have applied for a used car loan on Sep-10-2011. Mr. Abhiraham from Shriram Transport Finance India Pvt ltd collected the documents and got sign in the Loan document from me. He said that the loan will be processed in one week and you will get the Loan amount within one week. But still now (Oct[protected] it's didn't got processed. He asked me to connect with Mr. Prabhu who is a executive in finance company. Both are saying that today we will give you your cheque, but the same answer is repeated for the past one month. They are not taking any responsibilities. I also provided the RC book to them and they endorsed in that, but they didn't provide us the loan amount.

If they are not able to process they should inform us that these are documents required or this is the reason for being late, but they are not saying anything, today we will process that's it.

Can you please take an action on this?

Dear Sir,

I had signed on 23.04.2011 documents for SHRIRAM FINANCE, TENKASI BRANCH for the purpose of vehicle loan of Rs.75000/-. My RC book had been endorsed. But I did'nt received the loan. The Branch Manager & FO will not response for my favour. So please arrange the loan from SHRIRAM FINANCE. At the same time I had not propose the loan for other finances, because my RC book was endorsed. Once again Please arrange the loan amount of Rs.75000/-
