[Resolved] Shyam Apparels Private Limited — Real Estate | |
This is just an initial complaint to see if anyone else is feeling cheated by above said Real Estate Developer, his site is not at all updated and sometimes it is out of order.( www.shyamgroupjaipur.com ) I took a plot in Jaipur Metro City, Tonk Road( Chaksu Village ) paid 50% amount in advance and it is more than 2 years since I paid this amount, now this developer is trying to divert me to some other project at Ajmer Road which I am not interested in, he is doing that only because nera Metro City Project International Airport is coming up and rates are going to be double, Chokhi Dhani is also nearby. I don't know why this developer is not sending any further payment notice or completion date of Deveopment Work, I have already sent mails, letter and have done telephonic conversation with his staff requesting about same.But still no revert, I will shortly register complaint against him as per MRTP Act, 1969 if he does not reply with positive answer.One thing more he has engaged some Resource Group as Marketing Agents in Delhi, these people are good for thing, they don't reply your mails easily. Till the time I get positive reply please beware of SHYAM APPARELS PVT.LTD JAIPUR.and their aother projects as well...Don't invest your hard earned money... Was this information helpful? | |

we have plot in lake city and have two plots there and we got all our registries in our namw shyam apparels copertaed with us and its fully developed township. i totalty disagree with these mischievies kind of complaints ans @ same time socked to see such stupid rummours.kindlly not to see such rumours. regards
those who has problem should directly go to company and sort out there problems.as we are group of seven people plot in metro city and continuesly in touch with company and as we visited also work in slow but there is no problems and staff people cooperted with us.o i totally dis agree with suck complaints regards.
I think there will be many like us who get cheated by this type of so called "group". They "affiliate" some local real estate brokers on commission and cheat people. Unfortunately the law in India can not prevent any Tom-Dick-Harry to advertise themselve as "Builders and/or Developers" and set up offices to cheat people. Some people born with luck will surely vouch for these type of developers but there are so many not so lucky who got duped by selecting The Aravalis in Chaksu Village. Had the company or group been honest, they should have kept all customers periodically informed on developments before asking for money. Those who are "satisfied" with the group must realize that a customer does not need to "go" to any HONEST developer and get themselve "satisfied". The primary responsibility lies with the developer to justify his demand of money against actual development. Few fortunate people soliciting does not relieve this Developer from being termed as a CHEAT.
I fully agree that this group is a sofisticated cheat coupled with political access. Our hard earned money has gone deep inside the pocket of this developer.
I think we all should share our thoughts and take necessary action against builder. I am giving my number for further information / support..[protected]

i also visited the site and found that there was a old river which is now dry and they are filiing it ... and v had paid 50% amount too, me and three of my friends.. let us unite and take a legal action on it...

I invested in a plot 5 years back and have paid all the amount except registry. I have recieved even the pics for lake city which shows development of roads, main gate, street lights etc. Are we all sure that we have visited the place recently

yes I do agree with that, we are cheated.I have made 60% of the due payment a year ago but I have not received any communication from their side.I am ready to file a case in cnsumer court against these cheats.My email id is [protected]@rediffmail.com.Let us join together and do the needful to get back our hard earned money from these cheats.
I agree with other people who have complaint about shyam group. Please tell me contact no.owner of shyam group.
With my personal experience with Shyam Group - Lake City project, I would caution each one who has membership with the Shyam Group as I dont see any positive response from them. If you happen to talk to them, they will just keep on promising but never ever fullfill. We need to make a combined group and approach the Consumer Forum or the Court for suitable action so that we all recover our hard earned money alongwith interest.
I dont find a single member who has not been cheated. People who claim to be satisfied and say they are happy, I have doubt about them, they are not the real members. They belong to the Shyam Group Family.
If you want money back you have to fight otherwise too difficult to get money back.

Its been more than 4 years that I have invested 4.5 lacs for a 300 sq yard plot in Lake city (shyam group). I went to their office as well which looked shady and dirty, couldn't believe a real estate office could be like that as well. The agents (workers) their started selling us different properties all together saying we will get you better deals. They kept calling for registry but we stopped only to see the property before doing the registry... and now neither they have an office not contact number. The money is blocked...can someone help

Please Email me details, I am going to meet this Builder in this month ( May 20111 ), alongwith my lawyer, earlier also in the month of October I went there and staff was again trying to give me some Ajmer Plot instead of current one.They showed us the land also, but it was little bit doubtful as I saw board of some other company on that land and his Board was lying in some hut.They gave me written letter that in the month of Feb 2011 they will start development work of plot as they have been not able to develop the plot because of some legal hassle, as per they it is cleared now ( In October 2010 ), but it is May 2011 now and they are saying they will start development work, I can't understand what is in their mind, so I am going to meet them alongwith my lawyer and give them final notice if they have not started anything.Anyone interested to join me, please send your full details alongwith plot no etc, so that we all will go together.
