shyam apperal is a fraud company working in real estate .its project is going on at ajmer road N.H.8 at sawarda village, the promoter anil agarwal is owner of shyam apperal we get to know that he become owner of land by cheating of near by villegers .lot of people came to me against anil agarwal people want there money because they dont get there money fully he pays only token money and got registered their land only with token money . peasents shaw us bounced check this firm .
now he deny people to pay thier bvalance money
now we are going to police and income tax office with those bounce check, s .
in june and july month we are going to proceed people want justic .

I have a plot of 250 sq.yd at ARAVALLIS bilochi village JAIPUR. Paid 1, 12500 initially.some development like Roads/lightning have taken place as per SHYAM apparels staff commitment on phone and some pictures send by them.according to them their are nearly 400 members in ARRAVALLIS who have made part or full payment.I invite all members to form an association and interact with each other on phone or e-mail regarding development and status of plots at ARRAVALLIS project'

dear all, lets unit and file case against the shyam apparel, they are fraud, we have paid more than 70% for our plot in metro city jaipur but that land is disputed and thats the reason their delhi office is shut, no contact, no telphones, website is not working so we must put them right, its our hard earned money and they just cant make fool of anyone.

Hi, pls can anyone update the status on the lake city project, I am living in delhi and cannot go and visit the site. We had invested in the Aravalis project, and requested a cancellation, however the staff told us that the money cannot be refunded but we can get a registered plot in lake city project, which is fast developing. Not sure if this registry is also valid and how we can come out of this?

last time when we contact shyam apparels office n we asked them send us progress report of metro city jaipur but they didn, t reply n we also asked them to either refund money or in written script tell us when will they complete

I do agree this shyam apparel group dealing in Tonk Road METRO CITY project are no. one fraud. They have cheated many innocent persons of their hard earned money.They along with their persons at Delhi, Patel Nager Off. should be booked under 420 act and dumped in jail for whole life.If any one else is interested let us start legal actions against them in consumer court. I do agree that this group shayam apparels is cheating peoples with their hard earned money. They are just rotating the persons between metro city, aravali, and lake view projects, but unfortunately none of their projects is ready.They and their associates at resource group Delhi are fooling peoples.I have made 80% of payment to them for their project metrocity, tonk road Jaipur.Almost six years passed there is no development, even they are not refunding the money also.we should definitely go for legal proceedings now.
