I am agree with above comment.I also purchased flat in Highland park .Initially they said that possession will get in Dec 10, but latter I received letter mentioning that "Due to unavoidable reason we are delaying" which has no base

Yes, My friend also Purchased Flat in Dec-2010...Initally they talked about Possission will be in Dec-2011...During the Agreement they changed terms & extended Due date to April-2011 ...Now Again they talking about a year delay in project...which is complete dishonesty ?...Total Mess ...not worth to invest...Also recovering service tax which having stay from court & No any right to collect...
I am agree with the above comment. i purchased the flat in Highland garden complex. During its launch in Apr 2009, they were advertising about possesion starts in June 2010. Then they said it will be in Oct 2010. the agreement says, it is in Dec 2010. Now its July 2011 and i am sure it will not be before Jan 2012. Somebody has to take action against the builder as we are paying him regularly and also we are paying the rent of our current house.
I agree against Siddhi group...He is useless builder...Even after extending the agreement date he could not complete the project in time.. Investing in Siddhi group projects is a complete waste as my agreement date was aug 2010 but till date no possession and now he is stating that it will be over by feb 2012. Completely dishonest and has malafide intentions on your money.
I agree with it, dont book the flat by assuming you get the flat within time. booking of flat in april 2009 with an agreement stating possession August 2010. i am definitely sure he will not give possession by November 2011. same confusion with parking. he started to allot the parking without any valid agreement for 3.5 lacks.if you look at the space for 10 biuilding with flats available he will not able to provide the parking for the same.
recently he started 26th storeyed building by getting permission by changing the original plan for 15th storied building. this can create the problem for other building for ventilation. in fact the space between buildings too small.
only location of the project is good from point of view of connectivity.
he statred simulteniously so many buildings at a time. but completed commercially imported malls building first instead of residential building and now stating the delays of projects due to manpower, material bla bla bla...

I completely agree with all above comments, Dont book flat in Highland Garden. I have same story now he is satting he will give possesion by Feb 2012 But actual pace of work is real slow & I think it can take much more time.Same is the case of service tax. Even though there is stay from court he is claiming service tax. It would be good if you share your cell no. who are affected.
Useless...useless...really useless builder. Not even ashamed to extend the timelines to double time of agreement period. Not even afraid of his reputation in the market. I don't understand how bank provides loan or recommends projects of such a useless bulider. He is playing with investors money as if it belongs to his forefathers...Don't even invest or recommend his projects to anybody.
the above complaint is really correct !! I have also booked the flat in Jan 2010, wherein i was told that the possession will be handed over latest by Aprl, 2011. However, on the agreement also they have taken the signature for registration purposes - earlier left blank and later on mentioned the completion date to be december 2011. When enquired they confirmed verbally that possesion will be given latest by April 2011 only. Its just for the safety purposes they have mentioned Dec, 2011. Now, they have also changed the plans for the 15 storey building to 18 storey building for which they haven't got any CC approval from the authorities. Now they have given the possession to be Feb, 2012. Its just disgusting.. On one side we have to pay builder then bank loan interest then rent too... Hes just a uncommitted builder ... They are also not giving any committment for handing over the possession.. Even their agreement is one sided agreement wherein they are not accountable for any delay. They are using our funds at our cost for their other projects too...Also they are not giving any reasons of delay..Recently lot of judgments from court are coming for delayed possession by builders being fined for cost.. that too for the things like change in plans, etc.. If i get handsome support from u all we may jointly file a suit against this builder...We may also go to CCI for help if we get handsome support...
I completely agree with all of them. Even i'm suffering from the same. no deadline for comletion of project.

Yes, he is very uncommitted builder...i am planning to go register office, will take list of Buyer in highland park, under RTI Act, then we will unitedly put a presure on Builder for the same with Compensation...I given information that some of the buyer already given handsome compensation by builder...he is playing game of Descrimination between buyers of Highland park...3 floor additional is for his benefit why existing buyer should suffer for the same...Bank interest & Rent we are almost lossing 1.5 to 2 lacs per years...Once side Reserve bank also increased Repo rate ...if this possion delay by 6 months...we are lossing hell lot of money...
Yes, I strongly agree for the same. He is not loyel builder, he not firm on his prommise, he incresing three floor without any prior information to the member and delay the project and possession. We should complaint in the consumer forum against him.

Even i agree, I have even booked the flat in May 2009, with possession of Dec 2010, then there was a delay letter of 14 months.I have received demand letter for the completion of brick till 7th floor in sometime in August 2011, it's 3 months now, and brick work is still not completed, we are in Nov 2011, and it would be not possible for builder to give possession in Feb 2012. Also how is that builder can send us demand letter, for the completion of brick work till 7th floor, if building is of 18th floor, as he will handover the flat on first floor, only after completion of project till 18 floors.
I request one and all to unite and pressurize the builder for early possession least and some compensation.

i will agree with you all.So have you people filed complaint against the builder, pls. let me also know as we have to act against these builders before they manage to escape the law.We need to teach them lesson before they fool other people.
I agree Siddhi Gaurav is openly harresing people. I also booked my flat two years back in highlad park with promise to have possession in Dec 2010. from last year they have been extending the possession timelines and latest is they will give possession only after April 2012 so one and half year late. I am fine to file a complaint against this builder if others flatowners cooperate.
For any new buyer, I seriously recommend to stay away from this builder as they have very bad atitude and all projects are running late by two years now.
